Beige Contemporary Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a curated palette of warm wood, terrazzo, and soft textiles. This residential interior scene showcases a balanced, open-plan layout connecting a living area to a kitchen space via a distinctive arched opening. The design centres on a low-profile, wall-mounted timber storage unit and a circular coffee table with matching cylindrical legs. A standout feature is the dining table, supported by robust terrazzo pedestals that contrast with the refined wood surfaces. The kitchen area includes a retro-style blue refrigerator and custom cabinetry. Soft, neutral tones define the space, complemented by layered textures in the rug, curtains, and woven pendant lighting, creating a cohesive, light-filled environment.

The download is a 348 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational template for interior rendering projects. The model is structured with lighting, materials, and geometry already positioned, allowing for efficient scene management. Users can adjust the existing textures or swap out specific furniture assets within the groups to suit custom project requirements. The scene is optimised for quick integration into larger BIM workflows, facilitating rapid visualisation of residential floor plans and interior concepts through standard SketchUp viewport tools and rendering extensions.
