About this asset

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a curated furniture arrangement, warm wood panelling, and soft neutral textiles. The scene presents a sophisticated living area defined by a clean, neutral palette and layered textures. A low-profile modular sofa in light grey fabric sits atop a textured rug, complemented by a sculptural coffee table with dark curved bases. A classic leather-strapped lounge chair provides an accent, while a slender floor lamp adds a precise geometric line to the composition. The walls incorporate vertical fluting details and rich walnut-toned timber cladding on the ceiling and side panels. Subtle lighting elements, including a spherical lamp and recessed fixtures, enhance the depth of the space.

The download is a 54.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational base for residential interior projects. The model is structured with grouped geometry, allowing for the easy isolation of individual furniture pieces or adjustment of the room layout. Users should check the layer organisation upon import to manage visibility of lighting and decorative accessories. Material textures are applied to native surfaces, which can be easily swapped or updated to match specific project requirements or render engine workflows for final visualisation.

This living room scene is ideal for high-end residential developments, including luxury apartments and modern house designs. It serves as a valuable resource for concept development, pitch presentations, or quick interior styling studies. Architects and interior designers often search for such pre-composed vignettes to establish a mood, test material palettes, or populate large-scale residential BIM models. The space pairs well with minimalist decor, large-format artwork, and indoor greenery, making it a versatile starting point for various contemporary design narratives.
