Woven Rope and Dark Wood Bench with Plant

This 3ds Max model features a backless bench with a woven rope seat and a matching potted plant, ideal for organic interior scenes. This backless bench showcases a minimalist aesthetic, featuring a dark-toned wooden frame with slender, tapering legs. The seat is constructed from tightly wound natural-coloured rope, creating a textured, tactile surface that contrasts with the smooth, dark finish of the timber structure. Accompanying the bench is a cylindrical plant pot containing tall, feathery ornamental grasses. The combination of the raw, woven seat and the simple wooden form provides a balanced, earthy look suitable for contemporary spaces that prioritise natural materials and a restrained, functional design language.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy integration into larger scenes. Users can adjust the material properties of the wood and rope via the material editor to match specific lighting conditions or project palettes. The asset is scaled to standard proportions, allowing for quick placement in floor plans or camera-aligned compositions without extensive resizing. Pivot points are correctly positioned at the base for efficient snapping to floor surfaces or interior platforms.

This set is well-suited for residential projects, particularly in minimalist living rooms, entryways, or bedrooms where a low-profile seating element is required. It pairs effectively with natural textures like linen, stone, and raw wood, making it a versatile choice for wabi-sabi or contemporary scandinavian interiors. Designers often search for these items when specifying organic, tactile furniture for high-end hospitality lobbies or boutique retail showrooms. The included plant element adds a layer of realism to architectural visualisations and interior design renders.
