Traditional Walnut Executive Desk with Side Return and Chair

This traditional SketchUp executive desk set features a walnut-finished L-shaped configuration with an integrated leather-upholstered armchair. Designed for a formal executive office, this set comprises a heavy, panel-end desk with a matching side return and a high-back ergonomic office chair. The desk surface incorporates a black leather inlay, while the drawer pedestals and side return provide substantial storage. Rich walnut-toned wood grain defines the primary structure, accented by subtle moulding details on the modesty panels. The accompanying chair features a classic high-back silhouette with integrated armrests and dark upholstery. The entire assembly is scaled to provide a commanding presence, suitable for a primary workspace or executive suite.

The download is a 42.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for the desk and chair, allowing for easy positioning within a floor plan. Users should manage the geometry using layers to isolate the furniture from the surrounding interior components. The wood grain and leather textures are mapped to standard faces; adjust the material scaling as needed to match specific room lighting. Ensure the model is placed on the floor plane, and use the component instances to quickly populate multiple office layouts.

This executive desk set works well in formal home office designs, law firm interiors, or corporate executive suites. It pairs effectively with traditional wood cabinetry, heavy drapery, and classic desk accessories. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying furniture for high-end professional environments or creating detailed 3D visualisations for workplace design projects. It serves as a focal point in a room, particularly when placed centrally to emphasize its substantial, L-shaped footprint and traditional aesthetic qualities.
