About this asset

This traditional Chinese wooden tea table and stool set for 3ds Max features intricate lattice detailing and a complete tea service. This traditional tea set comprises a substantial rectangular table paired with two circular stools. The table features a classic frame with multiple integrated drawers and open shelving units, finished in a warm, natural wood tone. The base includes a decorative geometric lattice screen, providing a distinct cultural aesthetic. The matching stools are crafted with curved legs and ornate circular cut-outs around the apron, echoing the table's traditional craftsmanship. The set includes various tabletop accessories, such as a tea tray, brush holder, small lamp, and ceramic ornaments, creating a fully curated, authentic tea-room scene.

The download is a 2.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your project and ensure the model is scaled correctly to your room's floor plan. The objects are grouped, allowing for easy placement of the table and stools as individual components. Apply your preferred wood grain textures to the main surfaces using UVW mapping to maintain scale. The included accessories are separate elements, which can be repositioned or removed to suit the specific composition of your interior render.

This set is ideal for authentic tea rooms, private study spaces, or luxury hospitality projects requiring an oriental aesthetic. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior design elements to create a balanced wabi-sabi or traditional atmosphere. Professionals searching for Asian-inspired furniture, tea ceremony equipment, or detailed wooden desks for residential and high-end commercial interiors will find this asset useful. It serves well as a focal point in a dedicated relaxation space or a study area, adding depth and cultural character to the rendered environment.
