About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater tan leather sofa SketchUp model features a complete living room arrangement with a rug, coffee tables, and lamp. The primary piece is a three-seater sofa upholstered in a warm tan leather with tight tailoring and tapered wooden legs. It is presented as a curated living room scene that includes a pair of nested coffee tables with slender metal legs, a dark area rug, a minimalist floor lamp, and a collection of patterned cushions in monochrome tones. A large framed abstract artwork is included to complete the composition. The proportions are balanced for standard residential applications, offering a clean, contemporary aesthetic that relies on the contrast between the rich leather texture and the graphic black-and-white accessories.

The download is a 29.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a group or component, allowing for easy placement and orientation within your interior scenes. Ensure the model is placed on the correct layer to manage visibility, and use the scale tool if necessary to align the dimensions with your project's specific floor plan requirements before applying final lighting and scene settings.

This sofa set is well-suited for high-end residential interiors, including modern apartments, living rooms, and open-plan lounge areas. It also functions effectively in hospitality lobby designs or professional showroom mock-ups. It pairs seamlessly with neutral wall finishes, hardwood flooring, and industrial or minimalist lighting fixtures. The versatile, neutral colour palette ensures it integrates into various contemporary design schemes without overwhelming the surrounding architectural elements.
