About this asset

This Scandinavian 3ds Max armchair features a natural wood frame with a woven rattan backrest and an off-white fabric seat cushion. Defined by clean, organic lines and a light aesthetic, this armchair showcases traditional craftsmanship through its solid timber frame. The backrest is composed of a tightly woven rattan panel, offering a textured contrast to the smooth, rounded wooden members of the armrests and legs. A singular, plush seat cushion provides comfort, upholstered in a neutral, off-white fabric that complements the warm tones of the natural wood. The proportions are balanced for lounge use, with a slightly reclined backrest and stable, tapered legs that maintain a lightweight, airy silhouette suitable for contemporary interiors.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection and material assignment. The geometry is clean, supporting efficient subdivision if higher detail is required for close-up renders. Users should check the scale upon insertion to ensure it aligns with standard ergonomic requirements. Materials are applied via standard slots, enabling quick adjustments to the wood grain or fabric weave to suit specific project lighting conditions or colour palettes without affecting the underlying mesh integrity.

Ideal for residential living rooms, reading nooks, or boutique hotel lobbies, this piece integrates well into minimalist or Scandi-inspired design schemes. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables, textured wool rugs, and indoor plants to create a serene, functional environment. Professionals searching for organic lounge seating or mid-century influenced accents will find this model versatile for both modern home staging and high-end commercial hospitality projects where a warm, inviting atmosphere is required to complement clean architectural lines.
