About this asset

This Scandinavian-style children's furniture set for SketchUp features light wood finishes, including storage, a rocker, and decor. This comprehensive furniture collection for children features a cohesive Scandinavian aesthetic, defined by light-toned natural wood throughout. The set includes a tall open wardrobe with a hanging rail, a multi-tier shelving unit, a character-themed chest of drawers, and a curved wooden rocker with integrated cushioning. Complementary accessories such as a wooden train toy and various small decorative items are included. The pieces prioritize clean lines and functional design, utilizing simple geometric forms that offer a warm, neutral foundation suitable for various nursery or playroom interior design concepts.

The download is a 55.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Integrate these components into your SketchUp project by importing the SKP file and using the outliner to manage individual furniture groups. The geometry is organized for easy placement, allowing users to position the wardrobe, shelves, and rocker within a floor plan layout. Apply custom materials to the wooden surfaces if a different finish is required, and use the native scale tools to adjust dimensions to fit specific room constraints while maintaining the proportions of the original model.

Ideal for residential nursery and playroom design, this set provides a complete solution for outfitting children's spaces. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and soft textiles, making it a versatile choice for contemporary family home projects. Professionals can search for this asset when needing child-centric furniture, wooden storage solutions, or playful room decor. The set is particularly useful during the concept and design development stages of interior design, helping to quickly populate a space with matching, ready-to-use furniture pieces.
