Scandinavian Beige Fabric Armchair with Matching Side Table

This Scandinavian-style armchair and side table set for SketchUp features a light timber frame and neutral fabric upholstery. This lounge set comprises a high-backed armchair and a matching circular side table, characterised by a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The chair features an exposed light timber frame with angled legs and a supportive backrest, complemented by plush, beige fabric cushions and a small patterned scatter pillow. The accompanying side table echoes the chair's construction, featuring a simple round top supported by three splayed wooden legs. The set is presented with decorative accessories including a small potted plant and a stack of books, providing a realistic sense of scale and materiality for interior visualisations.

The download is a 34.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement within a scene. Users should utilise the native layer system to manage the geometry, especially when populating larger floor plans. The timber and fabric textures are mapped to standard materials, which can be easily edited or replaced to match specific project colour palettes. For high-quality rendering, apply your preferred render engine materials to the geometry to enhance the realism of the wooden grain and fabric weave.

This furniture set is suited for creating comfortable reading nooks or relaxed seating areas in residential living rooms, bedrooms, or hotel suites. It works effectively in contemporary or Scandi-inspired interior designs where a light, airy atmosphere is required. Designers often use this type of asset to populate interior renders during the concept or development stages, pairing it with area rugs, floor lamps, or large indoor plants to complete the composition. It is a versatile addition to any library of modern, minimalist furniture assets.
