About this asset

This SketchUp model features a scandinavian-style kids bed with a playful mountain-shaped headboard, paired with a matching desk. This bedroom ensemble centres around a single bed frame constructed from light natural-toned wood, distinguished by an oversized, geometric mountain-range headboard in white and grey tones. The set includes a minimalist desk and a coordinating chair, maintaining a clean, functional aesthetic suitable for a child's room. Soft textures are introduced through pastel pink bedding and plush decorative toys, while the wall arrangement features a house-shaped floating shelf and framed illustrative artwork. The proportions are balanced for a compact living space, emphasising utility and a light, airy colour palette throughout.

The download is a 24.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, use the component-based structure to easily modify textures or isolate individual elements like the desk or wall decor for other room layouts. Ensure the bed is placed on a level floor plane within your model, and adjust the scale to suit specific floor plans. Apply custom materials to the timber surfaces to match project-specific joinery, and use the existing geometry as a reference for lighting placement to achieve soft, natural-looking interior renders.

Ideal for residential interior design, this furniture set is perfectly suited for children's bedrooms, nurseries, or family-oriented apartment projects. It pairs well with light-toned flooring and neutral wall finishes, fitting comfortably into contemporary or scandi-inspired design schemes. Designers looking for cohesive kids-room solutions will find this useful for staging renders or developing conceptual layouts.
