Scandi Natural Wood House-Frame Kids Bed

This scandi-style natural wood kids bed features a house-frame headboard, modelled in 3ds Max with included textile bedding and decor. This playful single bed features a distinctive house-shaped headboard constructed from light-toned natural wood, complemented by white horizontal paneling. The base is finished in matching timber, providing a clean, minimalist aesthetic suitable for children's spaces. The set includes a mattress dressed with a white patterned duvet, a grey runner, and a selection of layered pillows in charcoal and white. A small woven basket containing a plush toy sits at the foot of the frame, adding a lived-in, domestic detail to the composition. The overall proportions are compact and well-suited for smaller bedrooms.

The download is a 69.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the geometry is placed at the correct floor level using snapping tools. The model is structured with logical material IDs, allowing for easy adjustment of textile textures or wood finishes within the material editor. Users should check the pivot point location at the base of the frame to facilitate efficient placement against walls. For high-quality visualisations, apply appropriate subdivision modifiers if required and ensure light sources are positioned to highlight the wood grain and fabric textures effectively.
