About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set in sage green fabric, provided as a 3ds Max model, features deep tufting and rounded armrests. This 3-seater sofa features a consistent grid-tufted pattern across both the seat cushions and the backrest, creating a structured, plush aesthetic. The piece is upholstered in a soft-touch sage green fabric and is framed by substantial, rounded scroll-style armrests that transition smoothly into the base. The set includes a minimalist dark circular side table with a decorative stem, a pleated-shade floor lamp with a stacked-sphere base, and an assortment of accent cushions in varied textures and tones, providing a complete, ready-to-render living room vignette for professional architectural visualisation projects.

The download is a 106 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is organised into logical layers within 3ds Max, allowing for easy selection of the sofa, lighting, and side table components. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned with the floor plane for efficient placement. Materials are set up for standard rendering workflows, though users may wish to adjust the fabric bump maps or specular levels to suit specific lighting conditions within their scene. The included accessories can be toggled on or off to refine the composition.

Ideal for residential living room designs, boutique hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas, this sofa set brings a balanced, textured focus to interior scenes. It pairs effectively with modern or transitional decor styles, particularly when placed on neutral flooring or against muted wall palettes. Designers searching for 'tufted green sofa', 'contemporary living room furniture', or '3-seater lounge set' will find this asset fits seamlessly into high-end residential projects or hospitality suites requiring a soft, inviting focal point.
