About this asset

This contemporary 2-seater sofa is a SketchUp model featuring sage green fabric upholstery and tapered natural wood legs. This 2-seater sofa features a clean, contemporary profile defined by gently curved armrests and a structured backrest. The upholstery is finished in a muted sage green fabric, providing a soft, tactile aesthetic. It is supported by four angled, tapered legs crafted from light-toned natural wood, which provide a subtle contrast to the fabric frame. The design includes two coordinating beige scatter cushions, adding a layer of comfort and tonal variation. The proportions are compact and well-balanced, making it suitable for smaller living spaces or secondary seating areas in modern interior design schemes.

The download is a 3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into your project, use the import function to bring the component into your workspace. The model is organised with logical geometry, allowing for easy material replacement or texture scaling if required. Ensure the component is placed on a dedicated furniture layer to maintain scene organisation. For rendering, apply appropriate fabric and wood shaders to the existing geometry to achieve realistic light interaction, adjusting the bump and reflection maps to suit your specific project lighting requirements and desired finish.

This piece is ideal for residential living rooms, modern apartment interiors, and boutique hotel lounges where a compact, stylish seating solution is required. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and indoor plants to create a calm, inviting atmosphere. Designers often search for this type of asset when specifying furniture for small-scale projects, contemporary home offices, or waiting areas. Its neutral yet distinctive colour palette makes it a versatile addition to both bright, airy spaces and warmer, more intimate interior settings.
