Rattan and Wood Five-Drawer Chest Set

This SketchUp model features a pair of five-drawer chests finished in wood and rattan, ideal for contemporary bedroom storage design. This set includes two distinct five-drawer storage units, both sharing a clean, minimalist silhouette with tapered legs. The first unit features a dark-toned timber frame paired with oval-shaped rattan inserts on each drawer face. The second unit is rendered in a lighter natural wood finish, showcasing a traditional rectangular rattan weave across its drawer fronts. Both pieces incorporate integrated handles, maintaining a flush profile that emphasises the texture of the natural materials. These chests offer a balanced aesthetic suitable for interiors prioritising organic textures and functional, uncluttered storage solutions.

In SketchUp, these assets are organised as separate components, allowing for easy placement and individual material adjustments. Users can manage the high-detail rattan textures via the material editor to optimise viewport performance. The models are scaled to standard furniture proportions, making them ready for immediate integration into interior scenes. Applying custom lighting setups will effectively highlight the contrast between the dark and light wood grains and the intricate woven patterns of the rattan drawer fronts.
