About this asset

This contemporary event backdrop scene for SketchUp features modular pastel panels and assorted tropical foliage for event staging. This composed event backdrop scene provides a complete visual setup for staging or displays. The composition consists of three geometric, multi-height panels finished in soft pastel shades of teal, mint green, and peach, each framed with a clean border. The base is densely populated with a variety of potted tropical plants, including palm-like varieties and ferns, providing a lush, organic contrast to the structured panels. Decorative floral arrangements are mounted to the upper edges of the backdrops, while two framed graphic prints and a pair of floating balloons complete the festive, modern aesthetic.

The download is a 105 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into a SketchUp project, import the file as a component to ensure all elements remain grouped for easy manipulation. The model is organised by layers, allowing for the quick isolation of the plants from the backdrop panels if a partial setup is required. Users should verify the scale against their specific room dimensions before placement. For final visualisations, applying high-resolution textures to the foliage and adjusting the light settings will enhance the depth and realism of the rendered output.

This asset is designed for professional event planners, interior designers, and visualisers working on temporary installations, retail window displays, or hospitality reception areas.
