Pastel Event Backdrop Scene with Balloon Garland

This contemporary event backdrop scene for SketchUp features a pastel balloon garland, tiered display plinths, and a themed stage set. This complete event backdrop scene provides a comprehensive stage setup featuring a large, multi-tonal balloon garland arranged in a soft pastel palette. The composition includes vertical white geometric stair-like structures, circular display plinths for catering or floral arrangements, and stylized cloud cut-outs in dark blue. A small hot air balloon model, a welcome signage board on an easel, and a donut display board complete the assembly. The scene uses a layered approach to create depth, incorporating distinct graphic elements and soft geometric forms to establish a cohesive, festive atmosphere for professional event visualisation.

The download is a 141 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical components, allowing designers to isolate specific elements like the balloon garland or individual plinths for reuse in other projects. Users should verify the layer structure upon insertion to manage visibility effectively. Scaling should be performed at the component level to maintain proportional integrity. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the material browser to match specific project colour schemes or lighting conditions in external render engines.
