Oriental Natural Wood Altar Cabinet Set

This 3ds Max model features a traditional oriental altar cabinet set crafted from natural wood with detailed decorative joinery. This traditional altar set comprises a tall, open-frame upper altar table nested over a lower two-door cabinet. The upper table features a slight upturned edge on the top surface and delicate geometric fretwork detailing at the upper corners. The lower cabinet provides enclosed storage with two panelled doors, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The entire assembly is rendered in a warm, natural wood finish that highlights the grain. Included in the scene are symbolic decorative elements, including a seated Buddha figure, incense burners, and vases of flowers, which complete the traditional arrangement.

The download is a 15.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical hierarchy, allowing for easy selection of the individual table and cabinet components. Users should ensure objects are correctly aligned to the floor plane when merging into a scene. Materials are applied using standard mapping, suitable for further refinement with custom shaders if required. The nested configuration is ideal for interior visualisation projects requiring specific cultural or religious furniture pieces, providing a ready-to-use asset that maintains accurate proportions for residential floor plans and perspective renders.
