Organic Shape Area Rug Set of Two

This contemporary area rug set in SketchUp features two organic-shaped floor coverings with distinct layered and textured designs. This set includes two distinct area rugs defined by irregular, organic silhouettes. The first rug features a minimalist, clean white surface with subtle, curved linear detailing that creates a soft, sculptural aesthetic. The second rug employs a warm, multi-tonal palette, transitioning through concentric organic bands of cream, light tan, and deep walnut-brown. Both pieces are designed with soft, rounded edges, moving away from traditional rectangular forms to provide a fluid, natural focal point for interior spaces. The texture suggests a woven or tufted fabric construction, suitable for adding warmth and visual interest to floor planes.

The download is a 7.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these rugs into a SketchUp scene, import the component and place it directly onto the floor geometry. Because these are flat 3D objects, verify the vertical offset to prevent Z-fighting with the underlying floor finish. Users can apply custom fabric textures or adjust the opacity of the existing material layers to better match specific interior lighting conditions. Scale these components uniformly to suit the proportions of the target room, ensuring the organic outlines remain proportional to surrounding furniture arrangements.
