About this asset

These off-white fabric pinch-pleat curtains are a SketchUp model featuring a soft, draped aesthetic suitable for interior visualization. This model consists of two floor-length curtain panels featuring a classic pinch-pleat header. The fabric is rendered with a subtle, fine-weave texture that provides a realistic look under various lighting conditions. The folds are natural and uniform, creating a sense of volume and softness that integrates well into architectural scenes. The off-white colour palette is neutral, making these drapes versatile for a wide range of interior styles. These panels can be positioned together or separately to suit different window configurations, providing a clean, professional finish to any digital room design.

The download is a 14.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, import the component into your scene and use the scale tool to adjust the height to match your specific floor-to-ceiling dimensions. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling during the design process. You can apply custom materials or adjust the existing texture mapping to suit specific project requirements. Using a soft spotlight or area light in your render engine will highlight the pleated geometry and natural fabric drape effectively.

These curtains are essential for adding realism to residential bedroom and living room renders, as well as hospitality projects such as hotel suites. They pair seamlessly with modern or contemporary furniture layouts, softening the transition between window openings and interior walls. Professionals searching for drapery assets will find these suitable for high-quality architectural walkthroughs, interior design presentations, and realistic staging. They are particularly effective in scenes requiring a refined, minimalist aesthetic where window treatments need to complement rather than dominate the space.
