About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features an off-white fluted sectional sofa, a green armchair, and a black coffee table composition. This comprehensive living room scene centers on a large L-shaped sectional sofa finished in a textured off-white fabric with distinct vertical fluting along the base and backrests. The set includes a sage green rounded armchair with timber detailing, a low-profile black circular coffee table, and a large patterned area rug in neutral grey tones. Decorative elements comprise a tall floor lamp, a potted indoor plant, and various small accessories including cushions, throws, and tabletop decor. The arrangement provides a balanced, ready-to-render composition suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors.

The download is a 609 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import the file as a component or explode the group to manage individual elements within your scene layers. The materials are already applied, but users should verify texture mapping and scale to suit specific floor plate dimensions. Adjust the lighting environment to complement the neutral palette, ensuring the floor lamp and decorative accessories are positioned correctly relative to the primary seating arrangement to maintain realistic spatial proportions.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobby lounges, and contemporary show flat visualizations, this set provides a cohesive aesthetic for interior design presentations. It pairs well with minimalist architectural backdrops and neutral interior finishes. Professionals searching for a complete lounge furniture assembly will find this useful for rapid scene population during concept development or final rendering stages. The neutral colour scheme allows for easy integration into various design palettes, particularly when aiming for a modern or relaxed contemporary look.
