About this asset

This neoclassical hallway storage unit for 3ds Max features a white timber frame, integrated bench seating, and illuminated shelving. Designed for entryways, this tall storage unit combines classic panelled cabinetry with functional open shelving. The composition includes twin vertical storage towers connected by a central bridge cabinet, framing an open alcove. A cushioned bench seat in dark green fabric sits at the base of the alcove, providing a convenient spot for footwear. The white matte finish is accented by slim gold-tone hardware on the doors. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the shelves, which are styled with decorative objects. The unit is symmetrical, offering a balanced aesthetic suitable for formal interior schemes.

The download is a 64.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, import the model into your project file and ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy placement against walls. Use standard material editors to manage the cabinet finish and fabric shaders. The lighting components are modelled as distinct elements, allowing you to easily assign self-illumination or V-Ray light materials to the shelf areas to achieve the desired glow. Ensure all textures are mapped correctly after scaling the unit to your specific room height.
