About this asset

This neoclassical 3ds Max model of a dining chair features a black wood frame with gold detailing and a teal upholstered seat. Defined by its rigid neoclassical geometry, this dining chair showcases a dark, polished wood frame accented with intricate gold-leaf detailing. The backrest incorporates a central panel featuring decorative motifs, supported by slender, tapered front legs. The seat is upholstered in a deep teal fabric, patterned with small, repeating gold fleur-de-lis symbols. A distinct meander or Greek key border runs along the apron of the seat, reinforcing its classical inspiration. The proportions are elegant and upright, suitable for formal dining settings where historical accuracy and ornate detailing are required to complete the composition.

When integrating this asset into 3ds Max, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling. The geometry is clean, allowing for straightforward material assignments if custom textures are required for specific project finishes. Users should verify that the pivot point is set to the base of the legs for accurate floor placement. If scaling is needed, apply transformations at the object level to maintain the integrity of the ornate wood carvings and the patterned fabric upholstery.
