About this asset

This Scandinavian-style lounge chair and matching stump-style side table SketchUp model features a woven backrest and fabric cushions. This set includes a low-profile lounge chair and a matching cylindrical side table, both crafted with a natural wood finish. The chair features an angular frame with a woven backrest and a fixed, upholstered seat cushion in a neutral beige fabric. It is accompanied by two decorative scatter cushions in grey and white patterns. The side table mimics a raw timber stump, showcasing organic wood grain textures and natural cracking. The combination provides a cohesive, rustic-yet-modern aesthetic, ideal for creating a comfortable seating corner in a variety of interior design schemes.

The download is a 49.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups for the chair and the side table, allowing for easy placement and individual selection. Users should utilise the native layering system to manage the geometry separately from the cushion components. Texture maps for the wood grain and fabric weaves are pre-applied, which can be adjusted via the materials panel to ensure proper tiling and scale. For high-quality visualisations, consider applying custom bump maps to the wood surfaces to enhance the organic grain detail.

This lounge set is well-suited for residential living rooms, reading nooks, or hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist, organic, or Scandinavian interior concepts. Professionals searching for natural textures and warm, inviting furniture for rendering will find this asset useful for staging bedroom corners or small apartment layouts. The set serves as a versatile focal point in various project stages, from initial concept visualisations to final high-end architectural presentation renders, providing a realistic, lived-in feel to any interior space.
