About this asset

This 3ds Max dining set features a minimalist rectangular natural wood table paired with four iconic wishbone-style chairs. The set comprises a long, rectangular dining table supported by solid slab-style legs, finished in a light natural wood veneer. Accompanying the table are four wishbone-style chairs, characterised by their steam-bent curved backrests and Y-shaped supports. These chairs feature woven cord seats, providing a tactile contrast to the smooth timber frames. The overall aesthetic is clean and functional, prioritising organic forms and light, neutral tones. Decorative glass vases are included as part of the scene, adding a subtle layer of detail to the tabletop arrangement.

The download is a 57.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the table. The materials are mapped using standard coordinates, making it straightforward to adjust the wood grain scale or apply custom textures. Users should ensure the pivot points for the chairs are positioned at the floor level for efficient placement. The file is optimised for integration into larger interior scenes, with geometry that remains clean for close-up renders.

This dining set is ideal for contemporary residential dining rooms, open-plan kitchen-living areas, or boutique hospitality projects such as cafes and meeting spaces. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and soft, natural lighting schemes. Professionals searching for scandinavian-inspired furniture, timber dining solutions, or classic mid-century modern seating will find this asset versatile for various interior design concepts. It is particularly suited for high-end apartment visualisations where a light, airy, and uncluttered aesthetic is required.
