About this asset

This 3ds Max nightstand set features natural wood construction with woven rattan door fronts and brass-toned hardware accents. This pair of minimalist bedside tables showcases a clean, rectangular silhouette crafted from light-toned wood. Each unit is defined by a front-facing panel of woven rattan cane webbing, providing a textured, organic contrast to the smooth timber frame. A small, central circular pull in a metallic finish serves as the primary detail for the storage compartment. The set includes complementary decorative accessories, specifically a spherical pendant light, a ceramic vase with foliage, and a stack of books, which help establish the scale and aesthetic intent for a contemporary or Japandi-inspired bedroom interior.

The download is a 37.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, these assets are organised into logical object groups to facilitate easy placement and management. Users can import the model into their scene, adjusting the pivot points to align with the bedside wall or floor plane. The materials are mapped using standard coordinates, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain orientation or the rattan transparency settings. Lighting setups should account for the included pendant, ensuring the emission values are correctly configured for the desired atmosphere.

Ideal for residential master bedrooms or high-end hotel suites, this nightstand set fits seamlessly into projects requiring a calm, tactile aesthetic. It pairs effectively with upholstered bed frames, linen bedding, and soft ambient lighting. Designers often search for these items when specifying furniture for modern apartments, boutique guest rooms, or minimalist homes. The neutral palette ensures versatility, allowing the pieces to complement various wall colours and flooring materials while maintaining a cohesive, curated look throughout the sleeping space.
