About this asset

This modern kids chest of drawers is a SketchUp model featuring a playful multicolour finish, complete with a decorative accessory set. This storage unit features a compact, rectangular frame supported by tapered wooden legs. The facade is divided into four distinct sections: a pink door with a heart cutout, a blue door with a star cutout, and two sets of drawers finished in white with a polka-dot pattern. Small, round wooden knobs serve as pulls for all compartments. Included in the set are several decorative items placed on the top surface, such as a small figurine, a stackable toy, and a printed card. The overall aesthetic is whimsical and tailored for a child's bedroom environment.

The download is a 2.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into your project, use the component import function to place the unit directly into your scene. The geometry is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy adjustment of the individual drawers or doors if needed. Apply custom materials to the panels to match specific interior colour schemes, and ensure the model is correctly scaled within your floor plan to maintain accurate spatial relationships before finalising your render setup.

This chest of drawers is intended for residential interior design projects, specifically within nurseries, children's bedrooms, or playrooms.
