About this asset

This modern home office scene for SketchUp features a modular desk system integrated with floor-to-ceiling glass-fronted storage cabinetry. Comprising a comprehensive workspace solution, this scene includes a functional desk with an L-shaped return and a substantial wall-spanning storage unit. The cabinetry features a mix of solid-panel lower cupboards and glass-fronted upper shelving, providing a balanced aesthetic of display and hidden storage. The desk is finished in a clean wood veneer, complemented by a minimalist office chair and a computer monitor. The design is presented in two distinct colourways—a warm natural wood and a crisp white finish—allowing for versatile integration into various interior palettes and room sizes.

The download is an 18.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily integrate this scene into SketchUp projects by using the component browser to import the entire assembly. The model is structured into logical groups, allowing for the quick deletion of unwanted elements or the repositioning of the desk and shelving to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied using standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match project-specific finishes or rendering requirements.

Ideal for residential home office designs, study nooks, or professional workspace layouts, this scene provides a ready-to-use furniture arrangement. It is particularly useful for architects and interior designers during the concept stage to demonstrate workspace flow and storage capacity. Professionals can search for this asset when planning home office upgrades, study room renovations, or compact corporate breakout areas. The modular nature of the desk and shelving makes it a practical choice for both small apartments and spacious dedicated office rooms.
