Modern White Stone and Wood Log TV Unit

This modern 3ds Max TV unit features a sleek white floating shelf supported by a decorative base of stacked natural wood logs. The unit consists of a long, minimalist white horizontal shelf that provides a clean surface for media equipment. Beneath this shelf lies a structural base composed of tightly packed, raw timber logs, creating a striking contrast between the smooth, manufactured top and the organic, textured foundation. This set also includes a flat-screen television, a small media player box, and a pair of decorative vases with dried stems. The juxtaposition of materials makes it a distinctive focal point, blending contemporary clean lines with the warmth and rustic charm of natural wood elements.

The download is a 35.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned with the wall-mounting surface for easy placement. The geometry is organised by material, allowing for simple texture overrides or adjustments to the wood grain and white finish. Users should check the scale against their interior scene to maintain correct proportions, particularly regarding the TV screen height. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the intricate detail of the log base, using area lights to accentuate the shadows within the wood texture.

This media unit is suited for contemporary residential living rooms, open-plan apartments, or high-end lounge spaces where a statement piece is desired. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors, industrial-style lofts, or rustic-modern hybrid designs. Professionals can search for this asset under terms like floating media console, modern log-base furniture, or minimalist TV wall unit. It is an ideal addition for projects requiring a blend of functional storage surfaces and decorative, tactile elements that add visual interest to a feature wall.
