A low-profile bench with fabric upholstery and built-in lower storage compartments extends the workspace, providing extra seating or display capacity. The set comes complete with a brown swivel office chair and various decorative accessories.

The download is a 130 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy selection and material management. The components are grouped by functional units, allowing users to move or reconfigure the desk and storage elements within a scene. Materials are applied using standard workflows, making it straightforward to adjust the wood grain or fabric textures to match specific project requirements. The model is scaled for accurate placement in architectural interior scenes, ensuring proper alignment with floor plans and wall elevations.
