Modern White and Black Stone Media Wall Unit

This modern L-shaped media wall unit for 3ds Max features integrated stone cladding, white cabinetry, and open shelving for display. This bespoke wall-integrated unit combines high-contrast textures and functional storage. The central section is finished in a textured, dark stacked-stone cladding, providing a dramatic backdrop for the floating shelves. Surrounding this are sleek, white handleless cabinets that span the upper and lower zones, creating a clean, architectural look. The design incorporates an L-shaped configuration, allowing it to wrap around a corner. The lower portion includes a deep, solid-surface shelf, while the upper cabinetry provides substantial concealed storage. It is accessorised with decorative objects, including a stylized deer figurine and minimalist vessels.

The download is a 7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the pivot point is aligned with the floor level for accurate placement against existing walls. The unit is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy material assignment to the stone and timber components. Use standard light emitters for the integrated shelf lighting to enhance the texture of the stone cladding. For optimal rendering, verify that the texture mapping on the stacked stone is scaled appropriately to maintain a realistic, high-resolution appearance in close-up shots.
