About this asset

This modern pink and white kids desk and shelving set for SketchUp features an integrated workspace and tall storage unit. This coordinated furniture set comprises a single-pedestal desk, an attached tall shelving unit, and a matching task chair. The desk features three drawers and a cabinet, finished in a soft pink hue with a subtle vertical-ribbed texture on the drawer fronts. The shelving unit is predominantly white, featuring an arched decorative panel in matching pink. The integrated design creates a cohesive study nook, ideal for a youth bedroom or home office. The chair is white with a patterned seat cushion, providing a clean contrast to the warm, muted colour palette of the storage elements.

The download is a 131 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is best utilised by importing the group into your project file as a component. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for furniture to maintain scene organisation. You can easily adjust the scale to suit specific room dimensions or swap out the material textures to match a broader interior design scheme. Use the native component axes for precise snapping against walls or other architectural elements within your interior space.

This set is specifically designed for kids' bedrooms, study areas, or small home offices requiring efficient storage solutions. It pairs well with neutral wall colours or soft pastel themes, making it a versatile choice for residential interior design projects. Architects and designers can use this asset for conceptual layouts or detailed room visualisations.
