About this asset

This modern SketchUp model features a navy and white fabric sofa set with a distinctive white metal frame and matching cushions. The set comprises a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa, both defined by a rigid, boxy silhouette and a clean-lined white metal exoskeleton. The primary upholstery is a deep navy fabric, providing a high-contrast backdrop for the crisp white seat cushions and backrest pads. Each piece includes a small, coordinating white scatter cushion, adding texture to the minimalist form. The structural frame wraps around the exterior of the seating elements, creating a clear separation between the support system and the soft, upholstered volumes. The proportions are balanced, suitable for compact lounge configurations.

The download is a 1.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised as a component, allowing for easy placement and orientation within a project file. Users should verify the scale against their floor plans, as the geometry is clean and lightweight. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match specific render engine requirements. The model is ideal for quick interior massing and can be placed directly into a living room or office reception space without complex set-up.

This seating arrangement is well-suited for contemporary living rooms, corporate break-out areas, or hotel lobbies where a structured, modern aesthetic is required. Designers might pair these pieces with glass coffee tables or low-profile area rugs to complement the sharp lines of the metal frame. The set is frequently used in architectural visualisations during the early design stage to establish scale and seating capacity.
