About this asset

This modern 3ds Max decorative desk accessories set features a curated collection of office items, books, and lifestyle props. This collection comprises a diverse array of desktop accessories designed to populate a contemporary workspace. Included are a laptop, a pair of over-ear headphones, a smartphone, a coffee cup with a saucer, and a small cake. The storage components feature a wooden storage crate with geometric patterns, a fluted vase with dried botanicals, and several hardback books with varied colourful covers. A small rocking horse ornament and a framed botanical print complete the set. Each piece is proportioned for a standard desk surface, providing a lived-in, realistic aesthetic for professional interior visualisation projects.

The download is a 23.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 15 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for easy integration into existing scenes. Users can import the entire collection as a single group or individual objects, allowing for precise placement on desk surfaces or shelving units. The assets are mapped with materials that respond well to standard lighting setups. Adjust the pivot points as needed for rotation or alignment against walls or furniture edges to ensure the props sit flush on horizontal surfaces without intersecting geometry.

These accessories are ideal for staging home offices, study areas, or creative studio spaces in architectural visualisations. They pair effectively with modern work desks and shelving units, adding a layer of detail that suggests a functional, occupied environment. Professionals use these assets during the final rendering stages to break up sterile surfaces and introduce personal character. Search for these items when looking to populate interior scenes or to add realistic clutter to commercial office projects or residential study nooks.
