Modern Living Room Furniture Layout Scene

This modern living room layout scene for SketchUp features four distinct furniture arrangements including sofas, tables, and lighting. This collection provides four modular living room configurations, each showcasing a different aesthetic approach. The sets include various sofa styles ranging from linear sectionals to compact three-seaters, paired with timber-topped coffee tables and metal-framed accent lighting. Materials are clearly defined with fabric upholstery in neutral and vibrant tones, contrasted by warm timber surfaces and slender black metal leg details. Each scene is accessorised with curated rugs, decorative cushions, and potted plants to suggest a fully resolved interior. The geometry is clean, focusing on contemporary profiles suitable for rapid interior visualisation and spatial planning.

The download is a 76 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your floor plan. Users can toggle visibility for individual pieces or swap colour schemes by editing the applied material textures. The assets are scaled to standard ergonomic dimensions, making them ideal for quick drag-and-drop integration into larger residential projects. For optimal performance, utilise the native layering system to manage the high-detail elements and keep your viewport responsive while you arrange the furniture to suit your specific room dimensions.
