Modern Living Room Furniture Collection Set

This collection of modern living room furniture SketchUp models features four distinct seating arrangements with sofas, armchairs, and tables. This set provides a versatile range of contemporary seating and table configurations suitable for various interior layouts. The models include L-shaped sectionals, linear sofas, and individual armchairs, paired with coordinating coffee tables and side tables. Materials are represented with fabric upholstery in neutral and deep tones, complemented by timber and glass table surfaces. Each grouping is detailed with decorative cushions and integrated accessory items such as lamps, rugs, and artwork, offering a comprehensive solution for populating residential lounge areas or hotel lobby spaces with cohesive, ready-to-use furniture blocks.

The download is a 22.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can easily import these components into SketchUp projects by opening the file and selecting the desired grouping. The models are organised into logical groups, allowing for efficient placement, rotation, and scaling within the scene. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be further refined or replaced using the material editor to match specific project requirements. The file structure allows for quick integration into existing floor plans, making it ideal for rapid prototyping and interior layout studies.
