Modern Grey and White Fabric Curtains and Blinds Set

This 3ds Max model set features modern fabric curtains and venetian blinds, offering a versatile window dressing solution for interiors. This collection includes three distinct window treatment elements: a set of full-length pleated curtains in white, a single heavy-weight draped curtain panel in grey, and a horizontal venetian blind unit with a dark metal finish. The curtains exhibit realistic folds and soft, flowing geometry, suggesting a lightweight textile construction. The venetian blind features a precise, slatted configuration with a visible operating cord, providing a clean, technical contrast to the soft fabric components. These elements are modelled to provide a comprehensive solution for layered window covering setups in contemporary interior design schemes.

The download is a 19.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, these assets are organised for straightforward integration into architectural scenes. Users should place the curtain models along wall or window planes, adjusting the scale to suit specific glazing dimensions. The fabric elements utilize standard modifiers for simple adjustments to fold density, while the venetian blinds can be positioned as separate objects. Applying high-resolution textures and adjusting opacity maps will ensure realistic light transmission through the sheer panels during rendering, maintaining performance without compromising visual fidelity in complex interior visualisations.
