About this asset

This modern 3ds Max TV wall unit features a grey panelled backdrop and a black timber base cabinet for integrated media storage. The assembly comprises a floor-standing base cabinet finished in a dark, textured black timber, providing linear storage across its length. Above this, a large, vertically-panelled grey wall board acts as a mount for a television, creating a clean, architectural focal point. A contrasting horizontal white strip sits between the base and the panel, likely concealing integrated LED lighting. The composition is balanced and minimalist, designed to hide cables and equipment while providing a refined aesthetic for contemporary living spaces. The unit is presented with a soundbar mounted on the base cabinet surface.

The download is a 12.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model should be treated as a single assembly for placement against a wall surface. Users can easily adjust the material IDs for the timber and panel finishes to match specific interior palettes. The lighting strip behind the panel is ideal for assigning a self-illuminating material or a V-Ray light mesh to achieve a soft, ambient glow. Ensure the unit is correctly aligned to the floor plane and wall geometry to maintain clean intersections within the scene.

This media wall unit is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, apartment lounges, or boutique hotel suites where a structured, minimalist storage solution is required. It pairs effectively with modern interior designs that favour clean lines, neutral colour palettes, and concealed technology. Professionals looking for a sleek media wall or custom joinery solution will find this asset useful for staging contemporary living spaces, as it offers a versatile, ready-to-use configuration that can be adapted for various room sizes and project requirements.
