About this asset

This modern living room scene, provided as a SketchUp model, features a cream fabric sofa, nested coffee tables, and a rattan pendant. The assembly comprises a low-profile, cream-upholstered sofa set on a timber base, paired with a pair of minimalist coffee tables of varying heights. A circular jute rug anchors the seating arrangement, while a soft, unstructured pouf provides flexible seating nearby. A decorative rattan pendant light completes the composition, offering a light, natural aesthetic. The soft furnishings are accented by muted throw cushions. This collection is designed to provide a cohesive lounge environment, balancing clean, modern lines with organic textures and a neutral palette suitable for a variety of interior schemes.

The download is a 58.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this scene directly into SketchUp to populate residential or hotel lounge areas. The components should be managed via layers or tags to allow for individual placement or modification of the sofa, tables, and lighting elements. Materials are mapped for immediate use, and the model is scaled for standard architectural interior dimensions. Due to the file size, it is recommended to purge unused assets before integration into larger project files to maintain performance during viewport navigation and final scene rendering.

This scene is suitable for residential living room designs, hotel lobby concepts, or high-end apartment staging. It integrates well into contemporary or scandinavian-inspired interiors where a relaxed, airy atmosphere is required. Professionals can use this set to quickly populate floor plans or generate interior visualisations in the early stages of design.
