Modern Black Projector and Retractable Screen Set

This modern projector and retractable screen set for SketchUp features a sleek black ceiling-mount unit and a silver-cased display. This technical set includes a compact, square-profile ceiling-mounted projector and a matching retractable projection screen. The projector features a clean, minimalist housing in a matte black finish, suspended by a slender mounting rod. The accompanying screen is housed within a slim, silver-toned metal casing, designed for wall or ceiling attachment. The screen surface is depicted with a high-resolution display graphic, showcasing a clean, professional aesthetic suitable for integrated AV systems. Both components are geometrically simplified, focusing on essential forms and clean lines, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into contemporary interior design schemes without visual clutter.

The download is a 3.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these components are organised as distinct groups for ease of placement and manipulation. Users can adjust the projector height by modifying the vertical mounting rod or repositioning the group within the ceiling plane. The screen can be scaled horizontally to suit specific wall widths while maintaining its vertical aspect ratio. Texture mapping is applied to the screen surface, allowing for easy replacement with custom imagery or blank material as required for specific client presentations or conceptual lighting studies.
