Mixed Fabric Window Treatment Set

This 3ds Max model features a set of three distinct window treatments, including layered fabric curtains and a simple roller blind. This collection provides three varied window dressing styles suitable for diverse interior schemes. The set includes a neutral beige and white double-curtain arrangement mounted on a traditional rod, a classic blue and white gingham-patterned curtain set with white sheer under-layers, and a single pink roller blind. Each piece is modelled with soft, realistic folds and gathered textures to simulate natural textile drape. The curtain sets incorporate detailed rods and mounting hardware, providing a complete solution for window detailing in interior visualisations where fabric textures and realistic light filtration are required.

The download is a 25.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, these assets are organised as separate objects, allowing for individual placement over window openings. Users can easily adjust the width and height of the drapes by scaling the geometry or modifying the mesh vertices. The textile materials are mapped with standard coordinates; applying custom fabric textures or procedural shaders is straightforward. For lighting, ensure the curtains are positioned slightly away from the wall to catch soft shadows, enhancing the perception of depth and material quality in the final render.
