About this asset

This SketchUp model collection features four distinct living room furniture sets, each including sofas, tables, and curated decor. This comprehensive furniture library includes four unique seating arrangements designed for residential living spaces. The collection features a variety of sofa styles, ranging from classic upholstered pieces with ornate frames to modern, modular, and deep-seated contemporary designs. Each scene is accompanied by complementary coffee tables, side tables, and accent chairs, along with curated wall art and lighting elements. Materials include textured fabrics, natural wood finishes, and stone-topped tables, providing a versatile range of aesthetics from minimalist to traditional. The sets are fully modelled with cushions and decorative accessories for immediate placement.

The download is a 174 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as individual groups or components to facilitate easy selection and placement within larger floor plans. Users can leverage the native layer or tag system to manage visibility, enabling efficient toggling between the different furniture arrangements. The textures are applied using standard material mapping, allowing for quick adjustments or re-texturing to match specific project colour palettes.

These furniture sets are intended for residential interior design, specifically for staging living rooms and lounge areas in architectural visualisations. They are ideal for quick conceptual modelling or detailed design development phases where a cohesive, furnished look is required. Professionals can use these assets to populate open-plan living spaces, apartments, or show homes. They pair well with neutral interior palettes and can be searched for as living room furniture collections, interior design scenes, or residential lounge layouts.
