About this asset

This 3ds Max decorative set for kids rooms features modular house-shaped shelving, wall art, and various toys in a soft pastel palette. This comprehensive set comprises a modular wall-mounted shelving system with house-shaped profiles, finished in a mix of natural wood and muted grey tones. Included are numerous accessories: chalkboard cloud wall decals, a string of ball-shaped fairy lights, toy blocks, books, decorative letters, and various small sculptural items. The composition is designed specifically for a nursery or children's bedroom, balancing functional storage with playful aesthetic elements. The muted colour scheme of blush pink, sage green, and neutral greys ensures compatibility with contemporary interior designs, providing a cohesive look for styled children's spaces.

The download is a 46.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised as a set of individual assets, allowing for flexible arrangement on any wall surface. Users should check the material IDs to ensure textures are correctly mapped upon import. The modular shelves can be grouped or ungrouped to suit specific wall dimensions. For optimal rendering, place the fairy light string as a separate layer to control light intensity independently from the main scene lighting, using standard photometric settings for the bulbs.

Ideal for residential projects, particularly nursery designs, playroom styling, and children's bedroom visualisations. This set provides essential 'clutter' to make digital environments feel lived-in and authentic. It pairs well with minimalist timber furniture and soft textile rugs.
