Kids Light Oak Desk with Arched Storage Unit Set

This modern children's desk and storage set in SketchUp features a light oak finish, integrated arched shelving, and a rabbit-ear chair. Designed for a child's bedroom or play space, this set comprises a low-profile storage unit with eight arched compartments and an attached desk surface. The storage unit is finished in light oak with white-framed openings, each illuminated by internal lighting. The desk is supported by a curved, solid wood-effect panel leg. Complementing the set is a whimsical chair featuring a pink, rounded seat and backrest shaped like rabbit ears, supported by four tapered white legs. The overall aesthetic is playful yet clean, prioritising soft edges and natural wood tones for a contemporary, kid-friendly look.

The download is a 42.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and orientation within a interior scene. Users can adjust the overall footprint by detaching the desk from the storage unit if required. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled to match specific project requirements. Lighting for the arched compartments is represented via emissive materials, providing a soft glow that can be adjusted through the native material editor or rendered using popular third-party plugins.
