Japanese Natural Wood Rectangular Dining Coffee Table Set

This Japanese-style 3ds Max dining tea table set features a natural wood rectangular table with coordinated seating and a plant stand. This set comprises a long, rectangular tea table with a prominent wood grain finish, supported by a structured metal and wood base. The surface includes an integrated recessed tray for traditional tea service. Accompanying the table are a single wooden chair with a minimalist backrest, two cylindrical white fabric-upholstered stools with wood bases, and a slender pedestal plant stand. The composition balances traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern materials, offering a cohesive arrangement for a dining or tea room. Each piece is designed with clean lines and a neutral, warm colour palette that complements contemporary minimalist interiors.

The download is a 30.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into 3ds Max, ensure the scene units are correctly aligned to preserve the intended scale of the furniture grouping. The assets are typically organised by object type, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of individual components like the stools or the plant stand. Users should apply high-quality wood and fabric textures to the geometry, ensuring correct UV mapping for the grain patterns. Lighting the scene with a soft, ambient HDRI setup will effectively highlight the natural materials and the subtle details of the tea tray.
