Industrial Brown Leather Armchair and Side Table Set

This industrial 3ds Max set features a brown leather armchair and a matching wood-topped metal side table for lounge interiors. This two-piece seating arrangement showcases a distinctive industrial aesthetic. The armchair features a slender, tubular metal frame that supports a square, weathered brown leather seat and a matching, smaller back cushion. Complementing the chair is a drum-style side table constructed from riveted metal straps arranged in an X-pattern, topped with a circular, thick-cut natural wood surface. Both pieces share a raw, utilitarian finish, with the exposed metal work and distressed leather textures providing a cohesive, rugged look suitable for high-contrast interior design schemes that favour mixed material palettes.

The download is a 60.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is provided as a cohesive group, allowing for easy placement within a scene. Users should check the pivot points to ensure correct alignment with floor planes. The geometry is clean, supporting standard material assignment and UV mapping adjustments. For lighting, consider using an HDRI to capture the subtle reflections on the tubular metal surfaces, while the leather and wood textures can be further refined using standard map slots to enhance depth and realism in final renders.

This set is ideal for creating intimate reading corners or lounge areas in residential lofts, boutique hotels, or modern cafes. It pairs effectively with exposed brick walls, polished concrete flooring, or dark timber accents to reinforce an industrial or rustic-modern theme. Search for this asset when specifying furniture for living room layouts, bedroom accent areas, or lobby waiting spaces where a low-profile, characterful seating solution is required to anchor a smaller architectural zone or transition space within a larger building project.
