Grey Leather Chesterfield Sofa

This 3ds Max model of a classic grey leather Chesterfield sofa features traditional deep button tufting and elegant rolled arms. This three-seater Chesterfield sofa is defined by its iconic silhouette, featuring a low, straight backrest and high, rolled-over arms. The entire frame is upholstered in a smooth, neutral grey leather, accented with deep button tufting across the back and inner arm panels. The piece is supported by short, turned timber feet in a warm, dark wood finish. Its proportions are generous, intended for formal seating arrangements where a timeless, sophisticated aesthetic is required. The construction details, including the tight upholstery and button detailing, suggest a high-quality traditional build suitable for refined interiors.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the geometry is scaled correctly to your scene units before applying materials. The leather texture is mapped to the sofa's surface, so confirm that your UVW map modifiers are correctly aligned to maintain the scale of the grain. You can easily adjust the wood finish on the feet using standard material slots. If your scene requires specific lighting, consider using an HDRI map to capture the subtle highlights on the leather surfaces for a realistic render.

This sofa is ideal for professional design projects ranging from executive home offices and boutique hotel lobbies to traditional living rooms. It pairs well with dark wood side tables, brass floor lamps, or heavy wool rugs to enhance its classic appeal. Architects and interior designers frequently search for this type of button-tufted furniture when specifying pieces for high-end residential renovations or formal reception areas. Its neutral colour palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into a wide variety of sophisticated, timeless interior schemes.
