Grey Herringbone Fabric Upholstered Bench with Marble Legs

This contemporary SketchUp bench features a rectangular seat upholstered in a grey herringbone fabric atop four tapered marble legs. This rectangular bench presents a clean, minimalist silhouette suitable for various interior settings. The primary seat is fully upholstered in a textured grey fabric featuring a classic herringbone weave, providing a tactile finish. Supporting the structure are four distinctively tapered legs crafted from a white-veined marble, which offer a sharp contrast to the soft textile top. The proportions are balanced, making it an ideal piece for placement at the foot of a bed, in a hallway, or as additional seating in a living room. The construction is straightforward, focusing on clean lines and material juxtaposition.

The download is a 2.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this bench is structured as a single component, allowing for efficient placement within your model. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly relative to the project environment upon insertion. The material mapping is pre-applied to the geometry, so adjustments to the fabric scale or marble reflection can be handled directly through the native material editor. Layers or tags should be used to manage the bench’s visibility, especially when populating larger interior scenes or floor plan layouts.

This bench is well-suited for high-end residential projects, particularly within bedrooms as a foot-of-bed seat or in entryways as a functional decor piece. It also performs well in hotel lobbies or boutique retail environments where a refined, modern aesthetic is required. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of versatile furniture when looking to add texture and subtle luxury to a space. It pairs effectively with minimalist bedroom suites, modern consoles, or as a standalone accent in transitional interior design schemes.
