About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric upholstered bench detailed with a draped black and white plaid throw blanket. The bench presents a clean, rectangular silhouette with soft, padded upholstery in a neutral grey fabric. It is supported by slim, tapered metal legs finished in a dark tone, providing a balanced, modern aesthetic. A draped plaid throw blanket in a high-contrast black and white pattern is included, adding a layer of visual texture and a sense of lived-in comfort to the piece. The overall proportions are suited for placement at the foot of a bed or within a transitional entryway, maintaining a minimalist profile that integrates seamlessly into various interior design schemes.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a cohesive unit. Users should verify the pivot point at the base of the legs for accurate placement on floor surfaces. The upholstery and blanket textures are mapped for realistic light interaction; adjust the material shaders if necessary to match specific scene lighting conditions. The object is organised within logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the bench and the throw blanket independently if a variation without the accessory is required for the composition.

This bench is ideal for residential bedroom projects, serving as a functional end-of-bed seating option. It also functions well in boutique hotel lobbies or sophisticated dressing rooms where a touch of soft texture is needed. Designers often search for these pieces under terms like upholstered bench, bedroom footstool, or contemporary entryway seating. It pairs effectively with minimalist bedroom sets, neutral area rugs, or alongside accent furniture in a modern living space, providing both decorative interest and practical utility in a project.
