About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa set with chaise and coffee tables is a 3ds Max model featuring a complete living room arrangement. This sectional sofa set features a clean-lined, contemporary aesthetic with a deep-seated chaise configuration. The upholstery is a neutral grey textile, complemented by a selection of scatter cushions in varied grey and beige tones. Included in the set are two circular coffee tables with slender metal frames; one with a matte black top and lower wooden shelf, and a smaller companion table with a glass surface. A decorative throw and a small vase with dried branches are included to complete the scene, providing a curated look for residential or hospitality interiors.

The download is a 48.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should import this 3ds Max scene using the merge command to maintain the intended arrangement and pivot points. The materials are pre-configured for standard renderers, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric textures or metal finishes via the material editor. The model is structured into logical layers, enabling individual control over the sofa, tables, and decor objects. It is recommended to check the scale against a standard floor plan before placement to ensure the proportions align with the specific project requirements.
