About this asset

This modern 3-seater sofa set for SketchUp features grey fabric upholstery, a matching coffee table, rug, and contemporary pendant lighting. The primary element is a clean-lined, 3-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring tapered wooden legs and a tufted seat back detail. Accompanying the sofa is a two-tone, rectangular coffee table with a white and walnut-brown finish, positioned atop a blue and white striped area rug. Suspended above is a branched, multi-arm chandelier with slender light-emitting tubes. Four decorative cushions in varying patterns and colours are included, providing a curated, lived-in aesthetic. The composition balances mid-century influences with contemporary proportions, suitable for a variety of interior design schemes.

The download is a 12.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection of individual components such as the sofa, table, or lighting fixture. Users can quickly adjust the placement within a scene using the move and rotate tools. The material definitions are applied with standard UV mapping, ensuring compatibility with most viewport rendering plugins. For optimal performance, ensure all assets are kept on dedicated layers to manage scene complexity when integrating this set into larger architectural models.

This set is ideal for populating residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or casual lounge areas in commercial projects. It serves as a ready-made focal point for interior visualisations, saving time during the early stages of design development. Architects and designers can use this assembly to quickly demonstrate scale and furniture layout to clients. It pairs well with minimalist or scandinavian-inspired interiors, providing a comfortable and aesthetically cohesive seating arrangement that fits seamlessly into modern open-plan spaces.
